This is the first fabric I have come across that has the natural fiber mixed with a technical material and still has stretch. This fabric consists of a Charcoal Heather wool blend outer layer with black fleece lining. It adds that extra warmth in a rain coat. Soft shell fabric with a DINTEX(R) waterproof and breathable film between the layers.
